Biography
About Mark
Mark Bakker shapes the light of Dutch cinema and television. As gaffer — chief lighting technician — he leads the electrical department: designing the rig, balancing colour and shadow, and translating a cinematographer's vision into something the crew can build and trust on set.
His recent credits include Dick Maas’ Amsterdamned II and the series De F*ckulteit and De droom van de jeugd — part of a career built across more than a hundred features, series and commercials in the Dutch camera and electrical department.
